ROME's programming leads to job retention and advancements for individuals of all backgrounds. Employer programs include job readiness, English as a Second Language (ESL), employee training, career pathway development, and onboarding and Human Resources (HR) support.
English as a Second Language
ROME provides vocational ESL classes to employees of diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds. ROME's ESL classes cater to individuals' and employers' needs and goals.
Employee Training
ROME engages with employers to facilitate employee trainings across various industries. These supports are individualized according to employer and employee needs.
Career Pathways
ROME engages with employers and educational institutions to develop career pathways and training programs that lead to job retention and career advancement.
Onboarding/HR
ROME provides support to employers throughout the onboarding process of new employees. ROME supports English Language Learners and those with limited digital literacy in completing onboarding processes and trainings.
