Who We Are
Right On Mobile Education is a non-profit education organization started in 2016 by Alexa and Rany. ROME was developed out of a philosophy that high-quality early childhood education leads to greater successes in life. Since its founding, ROME has expanded to serve families and communities beyond preschool-aged children.

Co-founder
Alexa Garrido
As a co-founder of both a nonprofit and a for profit business, Alexa combines her educational expertise and her entrepreneurship spirit to drive her passion for making a lasting difference in the lives of others. In her free time, Alexa likes to swim, play with her dogs, read, and spend time with her family.

Rany Elissa
Rany has 20 years of dedicated experience in education spanning K-12, Continuing Medical Education (CME), and Accreditation. He is a seasoned professional with a passion for advancing learning opportunities. His strategic approach and dedication to educational advancement continue to drive impactful change in both academic and profession settings. In his free time, he likes to hike, spend time with his dogs, and watch documentaries.

Janie Anderson
Janie found her passion for teaching English while volunteering abroad at an elementary school in Costa Rica. Following her undergraduate education at the University of Colorado, she attended the University of Northern Colorado where she earned a Master of Arts in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages. In her free time, Janie enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Shamurahmah Shams
Shamsurahman has a bachelor Degree graduated from Islamia college Peshawar. He used to be a Cultural Advisor(ACS) Afghan Cultural Specialist and interpreter for US Air forces for more than three years in Afghanistan. In his free time, he likes watching mission movies, eating Sea food, going for walks, and riding horses. He is passionate about helping others and helping his community.

Nazifa Sardarmohammad
Nazifa is originally from Afghanistan. She is dedicated to women's rights. Nazifa has skills in business marketing; to promote the buying or selling of services. She likes to spend her free time with her husband and two kids.
